ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited too are:
- Conducting site surveys – determine the best positioning of our equipment for strongest signal reception
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Must be able to work overtime, this position is 40+ hours a week

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid and/or dusty and damp conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places as well as enclosed, confined areas. While wearing appropriate safety gear, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock. The employee must be able to walk over different types of terrain and in a variety of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate in the office setting and variable in the field. Under extreme weather conditions, alternative types of transportation may be necessary (i.e. helicopter, snow mobiles) to reach job site.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High energy, being resourceful, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
- Basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is helpful.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a driving record that meets company minimum safety standard.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus.
- Cable industry experience is a plus.
